Maybe this is the MCS talking, but... there's a PK360 near me in good shape plus a cover and a griddle insert and they're asking $550... that's a good deal, right? I've been looking for an upgrade to my old basic model 22" Weber kettle....

Snagged it all for $500 cash (and an hour roundtrip in the car) - can't wait to put it together and start cooking!

I have a PK360. It is well built. Very solid. I can do two zone grilling and smoking too. But the capacity for grilling as well as smoking is fairly small. Over time, I have gravitated back to my Weber Performer, and I now use the kettle a lot more than the PK360.
I have recently gone to using a LavaLock FireDial baffle with a charcoal snake. It is a game changer. My capacity on the kettle is about 30% larger than before and fire management is much less time consuming.
