Pk360 replacement intake tube

I read somewhere ( can't locate that post ), about the pk360's intake tube grip coming loose and spinning when you try to adjust the vent ( on the right side ). I have the same issue but have been just dealing with it.

After reading that post, I got ahold of PK support, and the sent out a new one immediately. Gotta say, they do back you up when you have issues.

Mine have come a bit loose too. And like you, just working with it. I'll have to contact them too. I assume you contacted them through their website email?

I actually have an account on their site, but you should just be able to contact support. They were very easy to deal with.

Its great they are supportive. Can't you glue or put a screw through the grip?

Yes, I could, but a new tube was free. So... hehe

Probably why I also have a spare griddle for the 360 as well.

That original post about "loose" grips on the intake tubes came from me I think. First issue , I had, they replaced it immediatly. Then again this winter it happened again and they sent me two tubes! No questions asked! Very accomodating.
