I just fired up the PKGO for its first cook, brats!.
Fired up most of a Weber compact chimney with some KBB. About 2/3 of it was used. Put one small piece of apple wood on the charcoal grate before dumping the charcoal. Bottom left vent closed, bottom right vent cracked open, top right vent close, top left vent open about 1/4 to get a good indirect setup.

Overall I'm pretty happy with this thing. Seems just more convenient to use than the Weber Go Anywhere I have. More room to work with, hinged lid, more distance from the charcoal to the cooking grate. Also, although I don't think there is much control with the bottom vents on the PKGO, moving them is worlds better than trying to adjust the bottom vents on the Go Anywhere.
There's a ton of control. I was able to get it in the low 200s and hold for a few hours with minor adjustments.
Whenever I get bored I'll push it to the limit with a cook. The 3 of the biggest Ive done were a smaller pork butt, a full rack of ribs (cut in half to use 2 zone) and a spatchcock chicken. All required some interesting timing of flips, turns, and fire management and they were all a blast.
I love PK grills. I was looking at the PKGO when they came out, but then noticed that the tailgate stand basically makes my PKOriginal a very portable camp stove too, just larger. It’s the PKGO’s big brother.
