    Christmas Came Early!!! MeadowCreek BBQ42

Well, Christmas came a little early for me. The wife decided I needed a MeadowCreek BBQ42, AKA Chicken Cooker. I'm very excited to finally get one of these, I've been looking at em for a while. If anybody has one, and wants to send some tips my way, I'm always open to hearing em. First fire was a success, did a quick little burn in last night before my first cook on Saturday with it. MCS has hit again...

You should've just asked, I have a video of me doing that also, lol. My wife loves the idea. She loves chicken more than me, so it's a plus. This thing is versatile!

I like this. Buddy has a PR42 and a PR72T. He's only used the 42 so far and I might be kidnapping that next year!

Don’t know how I didn’t see the mentions before now. Was on Friday to see if I was the lucky winner and didn’t even notice any notifications. I commented on his post.

Beautiful. I’ve been eyeing those chicken coolers for years, but it’s a little to specialized to make it to the top of my list anytime soon.

Hope to see some great cool photos in the future!

I totally get that about the specialized. I plan on using it with my catering. Gives me the ability to load up the smoker with other proteins.

A buddy of mine actually made one that works with a Santa Maria. Not sure how he got it to work...but it was pretty damn cool. Most of my cook photos are on Instagram.

Cubbie...catering it makes perfect sense! If I was doing high volumes regularly I wouldn’t heasitate...although the idea of mating the flipper with a SantaMaria style pit...genius!

They actually have these set ups on trailers. 3 or 4 of the 42s on a trailer for the large scale guys. That be a lot of chicken tho!

I’m impressed! Where did you end up getting it. Found a place in PA that sells them but never heard of them.

We got it from a friend who was looking at possibly becoming a dealer from a dealer in Kentucky. The place in PA might very well be the manufacturer. That’s where they make em...Amish country PA. MeadowCreek BBQ
