Having been the victim of my wife's (legitimate) ultimatums, I cannot help. You have one hell of a collection and you really will be happier when you whittle things down. The crying is normal. Post photos of them leaving your yard and we will be here to support you.

"Beer is proof that God loves us and wants us to be happy." ~Benjamin Franklin
Hell of a nice list, I wouldn't be able to choose which to keep and which to let go. Wish I lived closer, I'd probably buy a few from you.

I ended up selling the cabin so I could pay for a home health aid, Mom and grandma aren't in Brooklyn anymore so I'm renting out the house. So I ended up with 3 houses full of cookers in 1 backyard. So I gotta trim the herd, the reason is a bit of a downer so i left it out. But we had a lot of good times and everyone celebrated when I nabbed a new cooker cause they knew it meant bbq, sorta of a game we played, good times.

How did this end up! I am genially curious.
I got rid of my Broil King Keg and went all the way to ceramics. (Now have four ceramic kamados) I was having rusting issues with mine, The bottom damper and the center of the bottom of the body was rusting out. I could not get a good seal on the bottom damper at all and it made going low and slow a nightmare. Although, I did take it down to the sauna, so I guess still kinda have it, it just doesn't sit on my patio anymore. It is nice to grill out by the sauna while it is heating up in the winter.

Keep These (reasoning explained on each one):
1. Fast Eddy's Cook Shack Pg 1000
- I think having a pellet cooker in your arsenal, especially one this nice, is good.
2. Hasty Bake Gourmet P
- I would keep this as it is a good size charcoal grill when entertaining a bunch of folks.
3. Humphreys Pint with fireboard/viper pit
- This is a nice cabinet smoker. I vote to keep it.
6. Weber Performer S and S/dng/Vortex P
There are way too many accessories and too much flexibility with a 22" kettle not to have at least one. My Performer Deluxe is my favorite cooker, if I could keep JUST one, this would be it.
7. WSM 22 with flame boss S
Keep the 22" WSM and ditch the smaller ones. Capacity is king here.
11. 36 Blackstone Griddle P
Griddle cooking is just too fun! The 36" allows for more multi-zone cooking than the 22".
17. Pit Barrel cooker Powder Coat
- You already said the Missus gave you this one, so its staying!
Ditch these:
4. Camp Chef Pellet
- Too much overlap with the Fast Eddy, and not nearly as nice.
5. Broil King keg G
- Too many other charcoal cookers. The BK Kegs don't last forever either from what I see of them.
8. WSM 18.5 with flame boss P
9. WSM 18.5
- These two have overlap with the WSM22, and too much a pain for putting a big turkey or a bunch of ribs on without tricks like rolling the ribs or cutting them down.
10. Barrel House Cooker NR
- Same thing as the PBC that momma bought....
12. 22 Blackstone griddle P
- Too small compared to the 36 inch model
13. Weber jumbo joe. P
14. Weber smokey Joe. P
- The 22" performer can do what these can do. For searing, while a smokey Joe might be nice, just use the SNS to create a nice sear zone in the 22".
15. Akorn jr. S
While Kamado's are nice, at 14" this is just too small. Use the Performer or the WSM instead.
16. Weber q 2200 G
While nice for gas cooking, its also small. If you want a gas grill, you will need to ditch one of the charcoal cookers I said keep above. It is nice to have something easy, but.... you have the Fast Eddy that can be started up probably as quickly as a gas grill.
16. Weber Silver kettle G
Keep the Performer over this. Charcoal storage and work surface are worth a lot.
18. Charbroil Kamander
If you want to keep a Kamado style cooker, I would keep this over the Akorn, and ditch the WSM22 if you keep it.

The akorn jr is great, when im going away for the night I load it with charcoal, wood chunks, and a fire starter. When I get to where im going, I pop the latch and light the starter. I am able to throw on a butt and walk away within half an hour, that the list, thanks

tenphases glad I was able to help!
I would have kept both of those kamados you are keeping as well, but was trying to keep the list to 7 cookers!
You KNOW that there is something really missing from your lineup don't you? You *NEED* a griddle. Having gotten one this year, I would give up my Weber Genesis II 4 burner before I gave up my Camp Chef griddle. If I could only keep TWO cookers, it would be my Performer Deluxe and the griddle.

Very nice and well thought out. For winter, I am down to just 3 cookers in my back yard.
