Those things are so cool for chickens with the racks you can flip. Or so I have seen on video on the interweb.

I like their offsets but man they take a lot of buffalo nickels.

The wife told me to add it to mine collection whenever I want to. I will wait till Spring and looks like a second fridge is in my future also.

I like these a lot. It would be great to have a rig like this. These are really cool. I love how you hitch up to it and take it with you. Great idea. This would be awesome for a fourth of July weekend. This sucker just rolling all weekend. Chickens, ribs, steaks etc. all over an open fire. Let's Go!

I was looking at the Good One. They make a pretty cool, but different, unit too.

So does Yoder as well. http://www.yodersmokers.com/charcoal24x36.html

The 2016 MCS award definitely goes to DWCowles. But you have a huge yard and you know what they say about goldfish in a big pond.

I've been looking at one of these as well as a super grill set up. Superb chicken cooker for sure, and it looks like you can also create a two zone set up for indirect cooking or move the charcoal pan close to the grates for hot and fast cooking/searing. I hope you buy one and report back to the rest of us!

              Old thread, I know.

Anyone try one of these for fish? Seems like an ideal Salmon grill.
