ArnieTex uses a charcoal grill in his video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fg7uoGkjp8E. At the 58 second mark you can see what he is using. I have tried searching for some open fire charcoal grills, but do not see anything similar to that. I really like the open front design being able to move the charcoal around, throw some more in if needed. Would be great for high heat needs, fajitas, ribeyes, etc. Many options. If anyone can identify it or something like it, that would be great. Cheers

From a functionality standpoint, there are many Santa Maria style cookers that will give you the same outcome plus giving you an additional feature with the adjustable grate. Many have the front opening doors (side to side or drop down), the better ones have fire brick to help with heat retention/radiation. The market is flooded with options...

Large Big Green Egg, Weber Performer Deluxe, Weber Smokey Joe Silver, Fireboard Drive, 3 DigiQs, lots of Thermapens, and too much other stuff to mention.
I LOVE choriqueso! 1) fry up some chorizo, 2) add cheese, 3) grab some tortillas and start stuffin’ yer maw. We usually just use Tostitos.
