    I'm preparing my thesis. The topic and content are about the culture of BBQ and grill. There is a part about the advantages and disadvantages of various types of grills.

    1、charcoal grill:
    advantages:Can make food with a unique smoky flavor,Higher temperature make food delicious,The price of charcoal is usually cheaper;
    disvantages:Difficult temperature control,Cleaning problems

    2、pellet grill:
