Char Broil where is my Pizza Oven???

I ordered a Char Broil Pizza Oven off my BJs Warehouse web site, it was on sale there, on July 2nd.
July 5th I have a 12"X12" package (with my name on it) on my porch from Char Broil. I open it and there is a Char Broil Grill Basket inside. I asked my wife if she ordered it for me, since I didn't order this.
I then looked on my BJ membership site, and it shows UPS delivered my oven July 5th, with a tracking number. It matches the package with the postage weight of 18lbs.
I called BJs customer service and it may take 3 business days for Char Broil to respond.
Later when picking up the packing, that the basket was in, the packing list fell out. It was for the Grill Basket for someone in New Orleans, and it was sold through Lowe's.

My Combustion stuff is in the hands of DHL I was unaware they were still operating in the US. Apparently USPS will get the package for delivery.

Amazon does that to me often. Gives me someone else's package and says mine was delivered. I file for return and replacement. Later that day I return and my original shows up and they send a free replacement. Never happens on the good stuff though 🙄

Yeah. Lisa had a clothing shipment yesterday with a delivery confirmation photo from FedEx. Except that photo was not from anywhere on our property. Supposedly a replacement is on the way.

And then much later the original package was at our door. Presumably a neighbor could read the address label better than the FedEx driver.

4 Cisco business managed switches showed up at our office a few years ago from Amazon. I looked up the price, just under $3000 each. I raised hell because no one cleared a purchase that size with me. Apparently we didn’t and they sent it by mistake. Called Amazon several times because I didn’t want to be charged, and they promised to take care of the mistake. The box sat for almost a year and no response from Amazon and never charged. Guess what we are still using today.

Jim White That happened to us one time. The driver dropped off a package of ours on the street behind us. We got a refund, and a week later the neighbor brought us the package. It was left at an elderly person's house, and she had no clue the package was out there. It was socks, so no biggie, and I don't feel bad that we got free socks.
Did the driver just go, "This looks good. I'll drop it here?"

Update: They are still trying to resolve it. When I get home Monday I am calling them. If no resolution I am asking for a refund!

There's nothing to resolve.
They never shipped it to the correct address, if at all.

Ship you a new one and they can pay the overnight charges.

They could not give me any info on if and when, so I ask for the refund and bought my own pizza stone and cover.
