Hey folks, I’ve been talking about getting the ‘chicken flipper’ forever and it finally happened. I picked up the COMBI42 which combines the BBQ42 chicken cooker with their PR42 pig roaster. The wagon chassis is a bit pricey as an accessory but man does it make it convenient to move around.
I’ve already done a couple small cooks with wings, thighs, pork chops, and even hotdogs. I just wanted to try different things I’d likely cook for small catering gigs or selling at a car show etc. This thing is f’n awesome and so easy to use. Everything came out tasty and the way I like it moist inside and crispy outside, thanks to the ease of flipping constantly. So many ideas of things to try.
We’ll probably try a pig when my dad visits next time.
