PRESTIGE PRO 665 RSIB water problem

I bought a new pp 665 and I noticed I get a ton of rain water in the cabinet below and it pours out of the drip catch pan. Can't keep anything in there. Does anyone else have this problem or a solution. I hate keep it covered bc the way I have it set, getting a cover on and off would make me never use it. I think it comes in thru the sides of the main grill chamber where the lid meets the platform. But was wondering if anyone else has these issues or a solution.

It would fix the problem, but the way my grill is located, it would be a big PIA to have to out a cover on and off all the time.

I was thinking maybe just something like a draft blocker but sandbags to place along the sides.

I'll try calling napoleon. Maybe they have an idea
