Depends on your current budget. I’d likely buy one, especially the 800 if I got it new at half price just to play with. However, if I didn’t have other cookers and that’s all I could afford for a while, I’d buy a kettle (performer or SnS kettle) instead just to take the risk out of it. Not that I think MB is bad, but it sounds like there are problems from time to time and that support can be slow. I wouldn’t want to be totally grill-less for weeks if there were problems. However, I’m the primary cook and most of my proteins are cooked outside.
