    LSG ACGS FTW

This pit continues to amaze me with its quality and versatility! We had our family Christmas Eve dinner, so I fired up the LSG did pork two ways (pulled shoulder and sliced loin) and smoked some scratch made baked beans.

I used Jealous Devil lump for the first time, and it performed well throughout the cook. I took a couple small hickory splits, and cut each in half and used that for the smoke.

We had 20 people total (15 adults, five children), and there wasn’t much left for me the next day once everyone took their leftovers - which is okay with me as it means people enjoyed what they had!

Thanks! I’ve become mildly obsessed with this pit! I want to cook on it every day! I even made smoked turkey breasts for my staff for our office Thanksgiving potluck this year.

Wow, that thing is beefy. (I mean porky, I mean....never mind.)

I haven’t seen that grill before, looks great! So you can use it as a smoker, or Santa Maria grill, etc? With LSG build quality that must be a winner!

Yes, it has two fire chambers separated by a wall. Each chamber has its own adjustable coal/wood grate. So it can be kind of an inverted Santa Maria with a hood, you can use it in an “offset mode,” or the way I use it most, which is as a kind of direct heat cooker - almost like two drum smokers in one. It is insanely versatile, and as you said LSG build quality and customer service are second to none.

Nice cook! That is a very versatile cooker for sure...adjustable and large capacity if needed. I really like mine too.

Great-looking food! And I still love my LSG Adjustable after about three years or so of use.

Similar to a Smokeslinger. Those are handy cookers. I'm looking at building something... somewhat... related...

Nice cooker, color me envious! I really like their smaller El Patron, I would love to have that.
