I'm retired so I have the time but I'm not physically able to do as much and a Mustang with no hitch might not cut it. Coming by freight.
Plus I'm not a fan of the desert and see no reason to go thru it. I know I will get some haters for that statement. Sorry

I had one of his about 20 years ago, gave it away. His shop used to be 5 miles from the house. You'll enjoy it, they're good cookers.

It was one of his 42" offset, big heavy thing. I moved from that house to a new one and didn't have room for it. Needed some work done to it, new paint, etc. so I asked the new owner if he wanted it and left it with him. Other than that it was a good cooker.
