That looks so good. Love Cod. Firm, white texture and not over powering in flavor. The other day I did Cod with a warm tomato salad (toms, red onion, garlic, EVOO and fresh basil, dill and mint). 30 minutes in a 350d oven. So easy and so delicious. You can use Red Snapper too.

Yeah looks like it could have used a lot of help, a lot of extra added flavor, just not sure what seasoning goes good in a PBR.
