The Hasty Bake in this picture is for sale for dirt cheap (in my opinion). I asked the seller what specific model, but he didn't know. I am thinking a 256 or 84, but don't know for sure. Any insight would be great.
Also, I am going back and forth between a Hasty Bake and a Primo Oval XL, any opinions or advice would be welcomed.
Thanks!
I’d ask the owner to look for the sticker/plate that has the model number on it. According to AI……
The model number on a Hasty Bake smoker is typically located on a black and white caution sticker, often labeled with both the model and serial number. This sticker is usually found on the back panel of the barbecue base or the inner cabinet. For some models, it may also be located on the side of the cart or inside the cart door. You can also check the front cover of your owner's manual for the model number.
+2. Having owned a Primo, I regret getting rid of it. One of the best cookers I've owned. Comparing the cookers you're considering, I'd jump on a Primo, simply for longevity.
