Did my first wings last weekend and they were great. I used a BBQ dry rub and went hot and fast. I glazed them at the end using the PBC video suggestion which was some BBQ sauce mixed with Sriachi and the glaze was amazing. Wings were still crispy and they had a great sweet heat taste to them. Definately do them again.

I save coal from the cooks in a small Behrans trash can and used it along with about a 2/3 a basket of coals and just got everything hot before adding the wings. about 10/15 minutes with the lid cracked and no rebar and then another 15 covered (no rebar) and then about 5 minutes with cracked at the end.

With the hot coals I cooked some burgers and sausages and then saved the coals again.

I'll use fresh for longer cooks, but it's a good money saver and the damn he food is good.

Wife isn't a big wings fan but really liked these.
