Hawaiian Huli-Huli Chicken with Teriyaki Sauce

Has anyone tried this recipe on the PBC? Just reading it makes my mouth water...

Yes, it is good though Hawaiians would argue it's not Huli-Huli if not done on a rotisserie. I was gonna make some this weekend, just need a correct mac salad recipe, none of the ones I have found have the real Hawaiian taste.

Any special instructions? Or just marinade and follow the PBC instruction for hanging chicken? I assume you baste perildically

I hang it and try to get 325. I do split it though and hang it, I don't cut it into pieces. Follow Meathead's recipe and do it like this.
