    I hang it and try to get 325. I do split it though and hang it, I don't cut it into pieces. Follow Meathead's recipe and do it like this.

    Any special instructions? Or just marinade and follow the PBC instruction for hanging chicken? I assume you baste perildically

    Yes, it is good though Hawaiians would argue it's not Huli-Huli if not done on a rotisserie. I was gonna make some this weekend, just need a correct mac salad recipe, none of the ones I have found have the real Hawaiian taste.
