    Ordered a PBC!

    Hi everyone!

    So I finally got off the pot and bought a PBC.

    Should be here in two to three days, and I'm excited!

                  +1 on that. PBC is a poultry, rib, and pork belly burnt ends cooking machine. Best advise I can offer is be patient as you learn how to use your PBC. Good eats on your horizon fer sure.

                I’ve only had mine a few weeks, but have to day it makes the best chicken I’ve done at home. You’ll love it.

                        Be sure to read up on fzxdoc posts on lighting technique and cook times. Lots of good info there to shorten the learning curve.
