- If not cooking outdoors, I am cooking on the stovetop with my 14" carbon steel wok, 12" CI skillet, or in the oven with my two Lodge CI pizza pans, or two dutch ovens. I've also got a nifty Lodge carbon steel grill pan that rocks for veggies outdoors.

I would be curious to hear which meats you cooked on the PBC and which you cooked on the Kettle + SNS.

I started the pork butts on the kettle/SnS at 11pm Friday night and then put the brisket on the PBC at 5:20am Saturday morning. I crutched the pork butts around 9:00. At 9:30 I put the ribs on the PBC. ( I completed the comments in a separate post)Last edited by jecucolo; April 17, 2018, 03:17 AM.
