My brother ( left) and I go to a small cook off (17 contestants) every year in Wimberly, Texas. This year we won 1st place in ribs and brisket! I am blown away! I used Meathead's rubs BBBR and Mephis rub. I cooked on a PBC and a 22" Kettle with the SnS. Unbelievable!
