Yep there’s certain things that when I smell them cooking I get all happy inside....Homemade Apple Pie, Fresh Bread, Onions and Peppers and meat smoking!!!!

I have, but I found I rather like having the first rib or two be a bit more done than the rest, so I double-hang them all the time now (like how they do it in the videos on PBC's site).

I haven't double hooked ribs but I'm going to the next time I cook them in the PBC. I've done 3 rib cooks in the PBC and every time I've had a rack tear away from the hook. Thankfully, only once did a rack end up on the coals. It was kind of difficult to locate given all of the fog the PBC generates.
