            A couple of months ago, a friend of mine brought out a turkey during our usual Friday Night Happy Hour. I was looking forward to using the bird hangers I bought for the PBC and the results were fantastic!

            We're empty nesters, so I usually do a turkey breast (apple smoked, butterballed) outdoors for Thanksgiving. This frees up the kitchen for all the sides and stuffing.

            This will be the first time I try this with the PBC. Looking forward to the finished product!
