Shake n bake smoked chops

Just in case it doesn't upload.
Just made shake n bake pork chops on my PBC.
Marinaded for 24 hours with Good Seasons Italian dressing, used olive oil and raspberry wine vinegarette.
Then pulled out of marinade and put into a bag of shake n bake.
Smoked @290 for 1 and a 1/4 hours to 145IT.
Delicious. You can taste the light hint of Italian dressing and smoke.
Doing this again.

I might try those - I like Shake 'N Bake when I'm being lazy, gotta have some fat on the pork chop though.

That rendered edge fat is the best! So many stores trim it all off now. Pork Fat Rules!

58limited This was a 8 to 10lbs bone in pork loin. I had then cut to 1.25" thick and do not trim.

Who needs fat when you got a whole stick of butter.

The chicken will be for later!
