Smoking dilemma

Do a few smokes ahead of time and have βleftoversβ when youβre ready. It may be tough, but hopefully that will get you through those rough couple weeks.
Hope all goes well with the procedure.

Once you have the toric lense installed you will
qualify as cyborg. I guess that makes you a sex machine. Make sure you get the firmware update!!π₯π₯π₯π₯π₯πΏοΈ

- If not cooking outdoors, I am cooking on the stovetop with my 14" carbon steel wok, 12" CI skillet, or in the oven with my two Lodge CI pizza pans, or two dutch ovens. I've also got a nifty Lodge carbon steel grill pan that rocks for veggies outdoors.
I sure don't recall any limitations on grilling or smoking! Then again, it been 4.5 years, but I see in my photo library lots of grill pics for the Pit during the month after my cataract surgery...

Duanessmokedmeats I also had the toric lenses. I had to pay the big bucks out of pocket, above not getting those, but it was worth it to me to not have to wear glasses, other than readers as needed, afterwards.

Retired, living in Western Mass. Enjoy music, cooking and my family.
Current cookers Weber Spirit 3 burner with a full insert griddle added. A 22" Kettle with vortex, SnS and a Smokey Joe. The most recent addition is a Pit Barrel Jr with bird hanger, 4 hooks and cover. ThermoWorks Smoke 2 probe, DOT, 2 ThermoPops and a Thermapen MK4. A Thermoworks RFX Gateway 2 probe meat thermometer.
I had both eyes done December 22. I had no restrictions. My self intimacy was uninterrupted unless I had a headache. I don't recall if I smoked anything, as I don't remember if I smoked something last week.

After the doctor's ok, and getting other projects done. I AM BACK!!!!
Got home from work. Took a half frozen chicken out of the fridge, split it and seasoned it with Bone Suckin Sauce Chicken Rub.
What do you think?
One finished 20 minutes before the other half, and we were hungry. So we ate the first half.
Got distracted and the first breast read 177 IT, but turned out moist and delicious. Crispy skin. I even ate the skin which I usually don't.
Second one came off at 160 IT. Vacuum sealed for sous vide in a couple of days.
