@jonsolberg Ha. True, nothing wrong with those all-america classics. But he got a WSM for Christmas and it's still in the box. I was going to help him do his first smoke today, a pork shoulder. But he texted me on Friday and said he wanted to sleep in on Sunday and maybe he'd just grill burgers and dogs instead. I had to do something.

I was able to do 5lbs of wings on my Weber 22" and SnS combo at one time. I found a free 22" a couple weeks ago and used the second cooking grate inverted and rotated 90 degrees to give me two levels of wing cooking, other than only being able to get the heat up to 290, it worked great and is awesome to get that many wings done at one time. Sorry no pics, it was dark when I put them on.
