Was going to do ribs. A couple days ago they came out of the cryovac package rancid. Went and got a pork shoulder blade roast. Was short on time, but it was a go. Came out of the cryovac package rancid.
Got two more ribs came out OK, so I just put two racks (actually 4 half racks) on the WSM with hickory chunks. MIGHT make game time. More likely going to have to pause the game.
Think Carolina will win, but rooting for Denver (especially the old guy - we gotta stick together).
Cooking a butt since the wife bought it. Nothing special as for as any games.
Separated it and left the tougher muscle(s) with the blade bone. Sliced off any thin parts that I just took off the pit. They were around 200 internal. Rest still moving along and will be consumed tonight.
Today I cooked Sous Vide Eggs Benedict for breakfast. This afternoon at 2:00pm I'm going to cook about 50 chicken wings on my 26" Weber Kettle & SnS. I bought a hover grate for this cook so I don't have to fire up another grill.
I'm rooting for the Bronco's because I think Peyton Manning is the classiest guy in the NFL and I want to see him retire as a Super Bowl winner and get the MVP award. I'm a Cardinals fan but I've enjoyed watching Manning & Brady battle it out for 18 years.

Now I have an Anova sous vide, the Dragon blower and 2 Chef alarms from Thermoworks.
Well lets see, I'm cooking 2 chuckies, to many to count Buffalo wings, cheese sticks, nachos OK Jon Solberg ask and you shall receive...Cheese sticks will be later

Going to a friends house. He just wants to go dogs and burgers. I'm going to comandeer his grill and cook what I've prepped here at the house: Bacon Wrapped jalapeños stuffed with Italian sausage and cheese, and a bacon wrapped pork fatty I stuffed with peppers, mushrooms, onions, garlic, and cheese. Oh, and since it's almost Ash Wenesday I'm bringing a King Cake. I hate to show a guy up on his own grill but burgers and dogs?!?!?
