This is my first Christmas with the PBC. Did quite a few pork butts, salmon and chicken this summer/fall. Thinking of something new for the family. Torn between Leg of Lamb and Prime Rib. Any comments or suggestions?
Not for Christmas, but we are RVing and will take the PBC along. I have decided on New Years eve I'm doing a Prime Rib for 8 on the PBC using Noah's recipe. The only change will be water instead of oil for the paste due to the recent discussions here.
