I own the Weber and have no experience with the ProQ so I can’t give an unbiased opinion. But I love my Weber and if I got another smoker I would most likely choose the Pit Barrel Cooker. But I came across this article comparing the two. Good luck.
If not cooking outdoors, I am cooking on the stovetop with my 14" carbon steel wok, 12" CI skillet, or in the oven with my two Lodge CI pizza pans, or two dutch ovens. I've also got a nifty Lodge carbon steel grill pan that rocks for veggies outdoors.
With the price being so close, I feel the Weber is the best bet. It is interesting that the other one includes some hangers of some sort, but I feel like refueling through the smaller door at the bottom of the ProQ will be more difficult.
