I’ve been very happy with my OJ Bronco, which in my case is the new version released this year. However, I find the grease trap on the bottom to be a problem. I don’t think it holds more than 1/3rd cup and removing it to empty it is a messy hassle. I thought of replacing it with a foil pan to catch the drippings, but that will change airflow. Has anyone come up with a better way to use and empty it?

Current line-up of cookers: Oklahoma Joe's Bronco Pro, Masterbuilt Gravity Series 1050, Blackstone ProSeries 4 Burner 36" griddle, Weber Performer Deluxe and Weber Smokey Joe.
I would rather prevent a mess than clean one up, so I found a deep dish pizza pan large enough to set on top of a lower grate to catch anything that might otherwise find its way to the bottom. I'll try to find a link to where I ordered it from and update this reply.
