    I love my Bronco

Out running errands and keeping an eye on the FireBoard. Set it and forget it, no power failure or electronic gremlins to worry about. Pastrami Sammies for dinner.

Is that just pure old vent control, no fan? The steadiness of the temp looks like my cooks without a fan. With a fan its a constant up and down around the set point...

Have not found a fan to be necessary, I run at 1 or 2 on the intake and 2 on the exhaust when ambient temps are pleasant.

Looks great! I love my bronco and currently have it running with a rack of ribs. It is being a little more moody than yours, but it is raining and that always creates a completely different set of variables for it. I also tend to chase temps a little bit and sabotage myself. I have never tried using a fan on it because it has never needed one!

Nice! I've got two pork butts and a pastrami on mine today. Does anyone have trouble drippings coming down from the stack on to the meat? Do you just let it do that, or do you just avoid putting meat under it?

Keeping the exhaust pipe cleaned out between cooks should help a lot. I make it a point to do that and I haven't seen any drips.
