My kettle was occupied with some vortex ribs, so I used the Bronco as a grill for the first time..
smash burgers and dogs turned out pretty good...
nice to know I have the extra grill space when needed..
I agree, both the Bronco and Weber kettle are both so versatile. I hung 2 racks of ribs yesterday on the Bronco and on Saturday, I did a reverse sear with a tri tip on the Weber with the SnS. These 2 cookers are great together. I need to get a griddle like the one you have.
