    Chicken on the bronco

    Turned out pretty darned good...
    rubbed with MC Holy Voodoo
    Cooked at 350° for 75 minutes to 162°...

        Chicken, mashed taters and gravy, stove top, maple roasted brussels sprouts, cranberry sauce..
        served on our fanciest paper plates..

                Really impressed with how this cooker runs…
                knew I wanted to run a little hotter for this cook, so added some Kingsford Pro to some B&B left from the last cook. Added a half chimney of lit coals to the pile, left the lid up for about 15 minutes. Hung the chicken, closed the lid, left the dampers wide open. Once temps hit 350, I closed the intake to 2. Never had to touch it again. Stayed steady for the entire 70 minute cook…
