Back from a few days of R&R at the beach, successful cataract surgery out of the way, decided to spend today on some me time....
breaking in the bronco with some country style ribs...
Cook in progress.
Decided to jump right into the deep end. First time cooking this type of ribs. First use of a new cooker.

If not cooking outdoors, I am cooking on the stovetop with my 14" carbon steel wok, 12" CI skillet, or in the oven with my two Lodge CI pizza pans, or two dutch ovens. I've also got a nifty Lodge carbon steel grill pan that rocks for veggies outdoors.

Panhead John, Yeah, at least you get two. I'm always misplacing the darn thing. Now I can't find it. So, after looking for a spare probe and clips on buythermopro.com, I went back to Amazon and they are exactly the same price as yours. Thankfully, the probes come with one.
jfmorris didn't have room for all of them in the pan, so the one with the temp probe in it just got wrapped in foil.
Be interesting to see the difference

Large Big Green Egg, Weber Performer Deluxe, Weber Smokey Joe Silver, Fireboard Drive, 3 DigiQs, lots of Thermapens, and too much other stuff to mention.
We really liked it. I wouldnt say it was particularly bacon-ey tasting. A little on the sweeter side. I didn't use a lot, so it didn't overwhelm the meat. It might be my favorite, so far, of the Meat Church rubs I've used
