Congrats again Finster! I think you’re really gonna like that thing. Have you decided on what your first cook is gonna be?

          Not sure yet.
Currently in the midst of burn in number 1
Will oil it and burn again tomorrow.
First cook may just be burgers or chicken or something quick. Long cook is gonna have to wait until after vacation

ID:	1273849 Way to go Finster with your win and MsTwiggy getting a new cooker, I have been
dealing with my MCS. Already have the PBC and recently got "Big Brother" ( the copper Weber 22 ). I pulled the trigger on a fairly nice gasser. It will replace my 20 yr old unit, that is collapsing in on itself. VICTORY!!! Click image for larger version

Hey Bruce, they’re made in China. But it looks like they get pretty good reviews.

Very exciting indeed. Loads of fun to come.
A Critical warning though, if you do choose to climb in, then please don't do it if there's fire. Enjoy the new cooker Sir.

Jealous with envy. I do want to get a Bronco. The coolest looking and apparently best affordable smoker around.

I never dreamed I would write these words about Oklahoma Joe's and Masterbuilt products, but with my Bronco Pro, 1050 Gravity (and Blackstone griddle), I have all the bases covered and MCS is in remission. Famous last words, I know.

I am really impressed so far, i've had a pork butt on all day and it has held steady around 230 for 12 hours on a single basket of B&B oak briquettes. I might even finish on these briquettes. . . 🔥🔥🔥❤️🐿

Ms Twiggy, B & B Briquettes are made for the Bronco! I love them and use them exclusively for long cooks. I stick with KBB for grilling and shorter cooks. I hate wasting my B & B for short stuff.

Please take detailed photos of how you load the fuel and light it. I’m intrigued by the versatility of the Bronco but if I have to do a headstand to load and light, it might not work for a 71 year old degenerate, er, I mean, with degenerative lower spine disease. It will take some stellar cooks on it before my sciatic nerve will forgive me.

Bogy I bet you can find one at a restaurant supply. It's just whether you want 96 oz of peaches, pearl onions, or tomatoes I guess I got mine at a mexican grocer - hominy, used it to make pozole. . .

Finster it might, I was watching a video and by comparison the pro charcoal basket is taller than it is wider compared to the original. I picked up the technique by necessity from my PBC, but i might just start throwing a fire starter in since that works for everyone else. 🔥🔥🔥❤️🐿

Costco has a Virginia peanuts can that I took the label off. Open the bottom w/ can opener n slot the sides/ hacksaw or tin snips. Works great. Pull with your tongs.
