    Super Bowl Cook

Having about a dozen friends over for the Big Game. I found a two pack of butts at Piggly Wiggly for $1.49 a pound. I got the smallest pack I could find at 14lbs. I also got a rack of St Louis ribs. Last night I prepped up a breakfast fatty. Might as well make good use of the smoker right.

I trimmed up the butts, put some kosher salt on them and let them rest up for today. I dusted them with some the last MMD I had on hand and some Central BBQ rub. I'll use the Central BBQ rub on the ribs when I throw them on.

I had to use every square inch of the grill to get 2 butts and a fatty on so I am tight on space. But I'll probably wrap the butts have them done by noo. Or 1 and then throw the rack on, I cut it in half. Who know I may make blasphemy ribs. Click image for larger version

I had some bacon left and thought about laying strips on top of the butts....but (lol) my wife loves CRISPY (almost burnt) bacon and I knew if it sat on top of the butt it would get done to her likeness.

I love mine so far. It's taken the place of my Weber Kettle with the Slow N Sear. I found a new issue today I didn't know. I had a elevated grill that would sit in the weber and give me more space....it's too big to fit the Bronco. So I need to find one that fits the Bronco.

If anyone knows if there’s one, it’s Uncle Bob
And yeah, it’s my favorite cooker too!

Not much help from me, there may be something out there for 18", but with only a total of roughly 5" headroom from the grate face to lid bottom I don't see much value in 2.5 " of space for the food. I've lived with having two grates, one at each bracket position for larger volume cooks.

Oh yeah, I guess a second grate can go down below. I forgot.
