That is a sweet rig. My pastor's inlaws love their Bronco. I'll maybe catch highlights late tomorrow night. I think I watched last year's highlights later in the week.

I have a Bronco and love it. So how do you use two grill racks??

Mostly for overflow when I am cooking lots of chicken pieces. But also I can do chili and stew with the dutch oven below and smoke the meat above. It comes in handy.

DTro I noticed you almost lost a chicken leg because the weber grill didn't fit the Bronco exactly. I have been going thru the OK Joe discussions reading up on the Bronco. I think I want one.

When the Bronco went on sale at the end of March, the post announcing it resulted in 11 Broncos being bought by Pit members in just 8 days! When Uncle Bob posted the Bronco Pro going on sale right afterwards, an additional 3 were sold. That’s 14 Broncos bought by Pit members in just a couple of weeks! I’d be willing to bet that’s never happened before, as far as quantities of a cooker being bought by this group in a short period of time. Pretty cool…

big_mack I really enjoy cooking with mine. I have used it as a smoker and a grill and even tried to use it as a pizza oven. All cooks have been fun, although I needed a bit more heat for pizza.
