        Yes! That's it! You're a genius PJ.
But seriously, I already told her I bought it and she's fine with it as usual. She never gives me any heat over this kind of thing. In fact, she was impressed by the deal I got. But thanks anyway my friend. 🤣😁

Yep $449... glad I grabbed mine- I expected to pay full price, $349, at Lowes in September. No sale or anything but it rang up at $249. I went straight to Costco and bought a couple butts and birds with the left over $

DTro Have you hung anything on it yet? If so, how’d it turn out?

Panhead John- Chicken different times- halves, spatchcocked, and a whole bird. One cook, 7 racks of ribs. Also kabobs. Not sure if there is an easy way to reference a past post but here is a link to the rib cook-

You can put a greeting card on it addressed to you by a secret admirer.
Thank SWMBO for the early anniversary gift.

I caved and ordered. Been curious about them since they came out, and doubt I’ll see a better deal. SWMBO rolled her eyes at me and asked if I was parking outside all winter. I may have to rearrange the garage a little…but I’m still super excited.

Joey877 If you live near an Academy, they have them for $379. which isn’t bad either….these days. Also Amazon showed 5 in stock for the same price…… ($350. has been the MSRP until recently.)

The email ad from Academy last night had them at $299 for three days.

The Cool Kettle With The Hinged Hood We Always Wanted

Napoleon’s 22″ Pro Cart Charcoal Kettle Grill puts a few spins on the familiar kettle design. In fact, the hinged lid with a handle on the front, spins in a rotary motion 180 degrees. It’s hard to beat a Weber kettle, but Napoleon holds its own and adds some unique features to make the 22″ Pro Cart a viable alternative.

Grilla Pellet Smoker proves good things come in small packages

We always liked Grilla. The small 31.5″ x 29.5″ footprint makes it ideal for use where BBQ space is limited, as on a condo patio.

Comprehensive Temperature Magnet With 80+ Important Temps

              Amazingribs.com temperature magnet
Winner of the National BBQ Association’s product of the year award. This 8.5″ x 11″ magnet contains more that 80 benchmark temperatures for meats (both USDA recommended temps as well as the temps chefs recommend), fats and oils, sugars, sous vide, eggs, collagens, wood combustion, breads, and more. Although it is not certified as all-weather, we have tested it outdoors in Chicago weather and it has not delaminated in three years, but there is minor fading.

The Good-One Is A Superb Grill And A Superb Smoker All In One

The Good-One Open Range is dramatically different from a traditional offset smoker. By placing the heat source behind and under the smokebox instead of off to the side, Open Range produces even temperature from left to right, something almost impossible to achieve with a standard barrel shaped offset.
