2 oz. dry gin (a 90+ proof works better here)
1 oz. fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz. tart cherry grenadine
1/2 oz. 1:1 simple syrup (use slightly less if using 2:1)
1 dash bitters
1 egg white (roughly 1 oz. or 1 Tbsp)
Shake 20 seconds with no ice
Then shake with ice ~10 seconds until chilled.
Strain and pour into martini or coupe glass
Garnish with coiled lemon peel
