Daniel Vaughn, the BBQ writer in the latest edition of Texas Monthly, wrote an article about a new dish at Miller's Smokehouse in Belton, Texas. First, Miller's is the favorite haunting spot of Uncle Bob's there in Belton, a place we visited on one of the Texas meat-ups. Great BBQ and one of the top locations in the state.
As to the particular dish highlighted (I'll let you read the article), I'm going to make every effort to re-create myself. Sticky sweet and savory ribs made with pancakes sound divine to me. In fact, we need Bob to go over there and report back on his take on what sounds like a decant breakfast delight !! (We'll need that report back from you Bob by early next week
