I have to go through my photos and pick the good ones. Let’s just say that at about 7:30 AM class started HERE



And after making flank steaks, tomahawks, filet pinwheels, tri tips, ribeyes, and picanhas, ended around 5:30PM HERE.

If we were to eat all the steak we’d prepared, it would have been over 4 lbs each. It was seriously good beef.

Took the class last year and was an absolute blast. I’m jealous, as we did not get the full cow demo. Also, it’s a small world as I’ve known Marc and Cybill who cameo in all the photos for years.
