I’m not canceling. But I just got an email from Eric Forrester that there is a slot available due to cancellation. BKYDBBQ has been to this class, and he’s told me it’s not one to miss! I’ve been to 3 other classes myself, and they are really good, and riotous fun. The spot won’t be advertised to the public until Monday.

- Meat (it ain't cheap!)
- Smoker to use during the event
- Rubs and sauces to use on the meat
- Meals (breakfast and lunch)
- Snacks (think wings at midnight!)
- Drinks (soda, water, and beer—yes, beer!)
- Free stuff you get to keep: A knife, an injector (or thermometer), and a pair of hot gloves
- And last, but not least, it's going to be a party with lots of fun!
