Mason Dixon BBQ Ribs & Chicken Class - 2 tickets for sale

I purchased two tickets to attend Mason Dixon BBQ Services Ribs and Chicken Class on September 7th. Due to a family conflict we are not able to attend. If anyone is interested please let me know, the tickets are $300 each.

From the Mason Dixon website: Ribs and Chicken Bootcamp

Our most popular Bootcamp, especially with the ladies! Everyone agrees, there's just something about a woman who can cook great ribs! This Bootcamp is offered three times over the course of the summer. In this one-day camp, we go over the differences between baby back and spare ribs. We’ll cut the spares St. Louis-style, then talk about the membrane, trimming, seasoning, and other great rib secrets.

After that, we’ll show you how to make some chicken. That’s right, two meats in one day; it's how we roll! Sign up quick, this one fills up fast!

I have attended several of their other bootcamps and they are all excellent. You also will learn about and cook more recipes than what the class is for.

Mosca attended this class last year and here is his write up about it:

There will be 9 or 10 posts in a row, because of the photo limit, but also to tell the story. Please be patient. This was my first ever class, and I have to say it was a stone cold BLAST. Eric and his crew have their act TOGETHER. Tents are set up behind the store, and there are BGEs, pellet smokers, offsets, cabinets, etc,

Once again if interested send me a PM.

ETA - The class is held at their store in Greencastle Pa.

HIGHLY recommended. You take home immeasurable knowledge, 2 racks of bbq’d ribs and 1 bbq’d chicken, and about $50 in gear (knives, rubber gloves (not nitrile) etc., plus more than you can eat for breakfast and lunch. Figure 2 rack of ribs (cooked the way you like them) is $70 ($35 each), a chicken is about $15, breakfast $15 and lunch $25; the cost of the knowledge is $125. And you get that in 10 hours of entertainment value.

They also have an opening for tomorrow’s overnight brisket class, starting at 6PM and ending Saturday at 10AM. I’m too old for that one, can’t do it, and I have plans already for Saturday.

        $300. E-mail [email protected]

I want to do this so badly. I did the overnight pork one (though I think I am still recovering from the lack of sleep).
