Going to ribs and chicken tomorrow. Pretty pumped and got the turkey tailgate in October.

Yeah they are awesome. I bought my offset from their MD shop and they were great to work with.

Class was phenomenal. Highly recommend, very hands on, and more food that I thought possible to eat in a day. I’m definitely going to take their other classes (taking Turkey in October and believe they have a few spots open still) and can’t say enough good things about the whole experience.
