    Having never bought a brisket yet are these better than the Costco prime briskets I can get here? I can get a Prime packer at my Costco for just less than $100 I think in the Chicago burbs.

      I've never done Wagyu brisket before, although I have one that I'm going to cook in a couple weeks. That said, wagyu is a higher grade of beef than Prime. More fat marbling, etc. SRF's USDA Prime is going to be pretty comparable to Costco's USDA Prime.

    Thanks for posting. They sold out of any wagyu briskets under 16 lbs and up, so I'll have to wait for the next go around.
