I use to try and herd snakes and ponies (Cobras and Mustangs) at car shows and Shelby events. This crowd is much more unruly.

I reserve my comments on this turn of events for a later date. I mean, we gotta see how she performs at her duties before we bestow to many accolades. The aggressive anti-ketchup stance is a start. How Sheila Ann handles the trouble makers around here will be scrutinized. On the other hand there are different fingers.

So what the heck do moderators do? And how do they split up who does what? And when? Do they have shifts?

My observation is that someone puts our threads in the better place, which happens quickly, and occasionally corrects a messed up thread title.
Fortunately, have not had to deal with "discipline".
My main hope is that this will not distract SheilaAnn from her trend of wide ranging interesting threads and comments here.

Move topics, fix pictures that have not been properly added, keep things civil. Then there is the newsletter and HOT. We work when we can, no shifts. As for discipline, there is much less of it these days. That has not always been the case.
