Recently did some chicken wings (flats only) in the Cosori air fryer we've had for a year or two. Haven't used it much, but after the wings we're gonna do more experiments. They came out crispy and moist---ez pz!! No muss ( used foil sling )----no fuss. Set temp at 180*, flipped after 12 minutes, cooked another 12 minutes. Next up: boneless short ribs----will post results. Would be interested in hearing from others regarding air fryer cooks.
drobinson It's been a couple of years since I had an air fryer. We found that we just didn't use it that much but it was fun to learn some new things. If I remember correctly, temp was around 250-275* and 20 minutes for very firm yokes. (my best guess). This video may give a little more insight: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HJv5TLL4RPY Please post pictures if you cook some. :-)
I never thought I would use mine as much as I have. My microwave is getting lonely.. It excels at reheating things (2-3 minutes at 385 F). Baked russet or sweet potatoes.....shrimp.....salmon is excellent in it......
I typically don't do a main course in it (that is what grills are for) but I love it for sides and stuff.
Green beans, garlic bread. I also use it to gently warm leftover steak. Wrap it in foil then put it in keep warm status for 20 minutes or so. Warms it up without overcooking.
I do wings in my air fryer at 2 temperatures. I’ll first cook them for 20 minutes at 325° F, then I’ll remove the rendered fat out of the air fryer and then I’ll cook them for about 4 to 5 minutes at 500° F. This gets them cooked completely through, keeps them moist and then puts an incredible crisp on them. It’s just like out of a deep fryer but without any oil taste at all.
Scotch: Current favorite- The Arran (anything by them), Glenmorangie 12yr Lasanta, sherry cask finished. The Balvenie Double Wood, also like Oban 18yr, and The Glenlivet Nadurra (Oloroso sherry cask finished) among others. Neat please.

We, specifically my teenage sons, are big air fryer users in this household. It fits comfortably in between the standard oven and the microwave, combing some benefits of both. Of course everyone reading this already knows that.
I don't have any recipes, we just wing it like you might do in a microwave. However I did just this morning order myself a $9 set of Air Fryer food & temp magnets after reading the daily Kim Kamando tech newsletter. I figure this will take some guesswork out of much of it, and help out when some foods don't have air fryer-specific instructions, like frozen fries or wings or whatever.
I have that guide. I use it almost daily. It is mostly accurate, maybe a minute or two off, based upon personal preference for some dishes. No recipes, just a food , like brats and a time and temp. (BTW, Brats come out awesome)
Kascon11 Thanks for the comment, that's cool that you have that one too and it's good to know they're largely accurate. WI BubbaMichael_in_TX Yeah I really enjoy her daily newsletter. Can't say I read every single issue, but most. She has a LOT of useful info in them, for instance "Don't download the Win 11 update [insert vrs. here] yet, there's some reported bugs", kinda thing, and some really good Amazon deals on things which I've picked up on sale thanks to her
