I think I'd use this more as the drip pan than a griddle anyway. Drips falling on to the griddle and vaporizing in the cook chamber?! Unreal flavor. For me, the Grill Grates will still be employed.
I do have an issue with the cleaning video. The guy doing the cleaning sounded like he was 6'5" 345 pounds, one of those gentle giant types. Made it look too easy.

Ordered one earlier today. I had to guess on the address to use. Hoping to pick the one I can get it at when my wife is not there (we're currently moving). I'll get the box in the trash asap and let it blend in with my other tools. Worst case I'll just beat up the box to make it look old.

Got mine too. Love the idea. I often will put a pyrex with some homemade beans below an indirect cook but this pan will work great. With such a large surface will have to make sure some stock is added from time to time although temp wise I don't think on a slow cook liquids will dry up as much. And the sear on top is a very nice feature, see myself using that as well. Great invention Pit Boss. Will be interested in seeing how people put this to use. Thanks!
David Parrish, Tx Aubie, I haven't placed my Order Yet but it is in the Cart at http:www//abcbarbeque.com/drip-n-griddle-pan?abc_ref=4 As much as I like my SS Baffle, Dave I think You, Aaron and the good Folks at AdrenalineBBQ have come up with a Better Trap!

David Parrish Just placed my order. I always wanted something like this for years. It so happens my wife sees me ordering and asks me what I am doing and how much? (She knows I have MCS...) I say don't worry about it. She says good!! I have MCBS. (More Cowboy Boot Syndrome) So a new pair of Fry boots and a Drip n Griddle are being delivered shortly

Thanks! I can't wait to see what folks do with the DnG either. It should work in many grills (gassers, pellet grills, offsets, etc...) so it's going to be interesting to see where the DnG ends up!
