Hard to find roast

I really have a hard time finding a sirloin tip roast. Most of the time they don’t know what it is.
Any one else familiar with this cut?

I have the opposite problem sirloin tips falling out of the sky but can't find chuckies anywhere.
Go figure.
The cut on your spit looks like the blade roasts they bundle up here then try to pass off as something wonderful.
